All I can say is WOW! This clan is unbelievable. The dedication by our members to make us the best continues to show everyday.  Everyone has worked together to help our servers and community grow and strengthen and we can not thank you enough for your on going support for the community.  Without you all we would never be the clan, we are today. I picked the name aaaaaahcrap years ago when i used to host mechwarrior 4 games.and because i cant use the sir name,aaaaaah*hit. LOL

My favorite game now is BF2142

  What made you join MIA?

I came to MIA because one night i was on 24/7 suez about 2am and the uncaps were being bombed and i said to the commander not to and he told me to leave because I wasn’t MIA.i was allready on bigtexs buddy list so i sent him a message and he ask me to join. I said why not I was already starting up servers with him when he was here..

  What would you like to say to the community?

I would like to say to yall I love being in MIA. This place rocks. oh ya and thanks to the ones who voted for me to be player of the month Some would say I don’t deserve it. I do what has to be done to stop the rule breakers in the servers whether they like it or not. Obey the rules or I will find and warn and warn then kick you. thanx,aaaaaahcrap.

  2142 Division News

Next Weekend 11/15, we are planning to have a get together it will be FAV and engineers vs Tanks. On 11/22 we plan on having so the guys can have fun an infantry with knives and pistols only match in the tourney server! That should be interesting for the knife's bloodthirsty crowd!  COD 4 Division News

We had a new edition to our servers this month in COD4, with our Paintball server. Its running Modern paintball mod with all new maps and challenges to complete. Its a really great mod that brings a whole new style of game play. Here is the server info and all you need to do is jump in and everything will download and install really fast for you, no messing. Also the COD5 World at War Beta has been released and all the info to get in on it has already been posted on the site for you. All our members are loving it, even me and I hate ww2 games, there’s just too many of them. So check the beta out, and you'll be setting the dogs on everyone and watch Gigthank zoom by in his turbo charged tank lol. We have a server for the Beta called Miaclan.net Beta Brawl 64.34.200.43:28960 and this will be our up and coming server once the game is released on the 11th November.

  Battlefield 2 Division News

Many of the members have been working on starting our BF2 server this past month. I have seen many in there and would like to ask others to help make this server more popular. If you have ideas please PN GOTN and he will see what he can do.

EVE Division News

Events in EVE this past month were hectic, but we are making progress. We suffered a few training accidents, and had to play "Musical Corporation," but everyone is back in one corp and all losses were reconciled. We have a few new members to the corporation, so we are also growing. Our new station is set up, complete with research and manufacturing facilities. Feel free to create a trial account for EVE and join us for a week or two, see if you like it!

Recruiting Department

It was an interesting month for the recruit dept.

If you do no know alex2142hp left the recruit dept. and then left the clan.
WRXS had to go see here Mother and did not have good internet access so for the most part so I was running the Dept. by myself.

yurcrzygrlfrnd has offered to help out so next month we should be back to normal. ( well as normal as any of us are )

We will initiate 2 more recruits at the beginning of November, they contacted the recruit dept. because they could not make the regular initiations. If you cannot make an initiation due to work, school family emergency, get in touch with us and we will see if we can work out a time for you.

We had a lot of new recruits join our ranks so for everyone, please make them welcome and help them out as you always do.

We still have a lot of recruits that don't seem to check the forums or make posts. Remember that we post events, scrims, contest and other things in the shoutbox, forums and event calendar. By not checking and getting involved you are missing on a lot of fun times.

The recruit dept. would like to welcome our new recruits and congratulate our newest members.

News Story “Thank you MIA”

I wanted to make sure I thanked all of my MIA sisters and brothers for all of their love and support during my time of need. As many of you know, my mother was in the hospital for open heart surgery on October 6. Since my husband, mother and father are my best friends and life, this was very traumatic for me.

Right before my mother’s surgery, I had agreed to join the recruitment team due to my involvement with the young gunz.

During my stay and my mother’s recuperation and rehabilitation, UT had promoted me and I gained a more active role in the recruitment division. At this time, Alex also left the division leaving Pvt. Fodder to be the only person doing all of the work.

Thank goodness, UT, Yurcrzygrlfrnd, Jack and the other members helped out where they could. But I wanted to make sure that above all Pvt. Fodder was thanked for all his hard work. He never ever complains. He is always around to answer a question or help a recruit. He seems to always be available. I know that he has been the player of the month in the past and this is the reason why. Whoever reads these posts has to remember that these are not paid positions; we do this because we love the game and we love MIA. We do not do this for the power or the glory but to make this community stronger and better.

            November 11^th is the release of COD W@W. When I tried to join our server it was too full to join, so I think this game is going to take off!!

            On a side note, I want to personally thank all the veterans. As a veteran myself and my wife being active duty, I know the hardships that our military is faced with! Thank you!!!
